Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order or custom pieces typically take 2–4 weeks, though some can be ready in as little as one week. Need it sooner? Let us know! We’re happy to rush orders when possible.
  • Out-of-stock fine jewelry generally ships within 4–6 weeks. Out-of-stock fashion jewelry typically ships within 1 week.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we’re happy to ship anywhere in the world. Our website isn’t currently set up for international checkout, but just reach out to us directly and we’ll personally arrange the shipping and payment details.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

By default, no. But if you’d like one, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll gladly add a signature requirement to your shipment.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer in-store pickup at both our Armonk and Delray locations. You’ll get a notification as soon as your order is ready.

We understand that jewelry purchases are special and sometimes plans change.


Order Cancellations:

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, you may cancel for a full refund by emailing sb@susanblakejewelry.com.


Fine Jewelry Returns:

Because our fine jewelry pieces are often made to order, we offer a flexible option:

if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, you may return your piece for a refund of 50% to your original payment method and 50% as store credit. This helps cover production costs while ensuring you’re never left empty-handed.


Fashion Jewelry & All Other Returns:

Returns requested within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

We happily stand behind every piece we make. To ensure fairness and clarity, here’s how our repair policy works:

Complimentary Repairs (First Year)

We cover repairs only for manufacturing defects within the first year of purchase.

This includes issues such as:

  • clasps or jump rings that stopped functioning,
  • a lobster claw that wears out naturally,
  • solder points that open due to workmanship.

Complimentary repairs do not include:

  • damage from normal or heavy wear,
  • bending, pulling, or stretching chains,
  • lost stones caused by impact,
  • exposure to chemicals, lotions, pools, or other external factors,
  • accidental damage or improper storage.


Repairs for Jewelry Not Purchased From Us

We’re always happy to take a look at jewelry you didn’t buy here.

Pricing will vary based on materials and condition, and we’ll give you a clear quote before starting anything.

GIFTING & CREDITS

Do store credits expire?

No, store credits from Susan Blake Jewelry never expire. Use them anytime you’re ready for your next piece!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Our gift cards are digital, never expire, and can be added to Apple Wallet. They make a beautiful gift — and we’re happy to send them in a festive, wrapped-up email. Just leave any requests in your order notes or reach out to us directly.

Yes, all Susan Blake pieces come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you’d like to include a note or need help coordinating a surprise, just leave a message in your order notes or reach out to us.
